As a Picker Packer – Parts (PDC), you will play a crucial role in ensuring that parts are efficiently picked, packed, and delivered while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

 Key Responsibilities

 Process & Governance

 Organize and plan daily tasks to meet performance targets.
 Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
 Perform routine stock checks and report discrepancies.
 Re-bin stock according to system-generated movement information.
 Scan and allocate stock to designated warehouse areas.

 Finance

 Work efficiently to optimize financial performance and profitability.

 Customer Service

 Provide top-tier service to exceed customer expectations.
 Ensure timely and accurate delivery of parts.

 Teamwork & Personal Development

 Attend training sessions to enhance skills and work quality.

 Qualifications & Experience

 Minimum Qualification

 Higher Certificate and/or Advanced National (Vocational) Certificate (NQF Level 04)

 Experience

 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a warehouse or distribution center.
