In South Africa (SA), you will find our products across the region at breakfast, lunch, or dinner. At the gym or on the field. In the office or on the go. PepsiCo SA employs more than 13, 000 people across our three business divisions: Bakeries, Grains, Foods, Fruit, Snacks, Juice & Beverages.

Responsibilities

What are we looking for?

  • Verified inter-coy debits & account allocations, parked journals, accounted pre-paid & accruals and allocated misc. bank items and/ or
  • Checked time sheets, verified variances, submitted payroll items, maintained personnel administration incl. provident fund items and/ or
  • Arranged travel, accommodation, ext. venues & catering, processed claims, prepared presentations, and typed correspondence
  • Compile monthly reports
  • Perform daily drivers’ recons
  • Follow up and process outstanding invoices
  • Taking orders and taking queries

Qualifications

What will qualify you for this role?

  • Matric
  • 3 years relevant experience
  • Debtors experience
  • Creditors experience
  • Experience working with Stock, Wages, Orders and Drivers reconciliations
  • Experience using SAP System
