What Will You Be Doing? (Key Responsibilities)

Here’s what your daily tasks will include:

 Handling Money & Banking – You’ll make sure all cash is accounted for and safely banked.
 Stepping in for the Store Manager – When the Store Manager is away, you’ll take charge.
 Keeping the Store Neat & Organized – The store must always be clean, well-stocked, and attractive to customers.
 Following Company Rules – You’ll make sure all employees follow company policies.
 Supervising Staff – You’ll help manage the team and make sure everyone is doing their job.
 Overseeing the Cash Office – You’ll monitor cash handling to avoid mistakes and fraud.
 Minimizing Stock Loss – Preventing theft and stock shortages will be part of your duties.
 Delivering Great Customer Service – You’ll ensure every customer gets the best shopping experience.
 Driving Sales – You’ll introduce strategies to increase sales and help the store reach its targets.

What You Need to Qualify

To apply for this job, you need to meet the following requirements:

 Education: Matric (Grade 12) or NQF Level 4 (Having Mathematics is a plus!)
 Experience:

Previous experience managing people
Experience leading a department
Clothing retail experience (Highly Advantageous!)

 Skills & Personality:

Excellent admin skills – You’ll handle reports and paperwork.
