What Will You Be Doing? (Key Responsibilities)

Here’s what your daily tasks will include:

✅ Handling Money & Banking – You’ll make sure all cash is accounted for and safely banked.
✅ Stepping in for the Store Manager – When the Store Manager is away, you’ll take charge.
✅ Keeping the Store Neat & Organized – The store must always be clean, well-stocked, and attractive to customers.
✅ Following Company Rules – You’ll make sure all employees follow company policies.
✅ Supervising Staff – You’ll help manage the team and make sure everyone is doing their job.
✅ Overseeing the Cash Office – You’ll monitor cash handling to avoid mistakes and fraud.
✅ Minimizing Stock Loss – Preventing theft and stock shortages will be part of your duties.
✅ Delivering Great Customer Service – You’ll ensure every customer gets the best shopping experience.
✅ Driving Sales – You’ll introduce strategies to increase sales and help the store reach its targets.

What You Need to Qualify

To apply for this job, you need to meet the following requirements:

🔹 Education: Matric (Grade 12) or NQF Level 4 (Having Mathematics is a plus!)
🔹 Experience:

✔ Previous experience managing people
✔ Experience leading a department
✔ Clothing retail experience (Highly Advantageous!)

🔹 Skills & Personality:

✔ Strong communication skills – You must be good at talking to people.
✔ Excellent admin skills – You’ll handle reports and paperwork.
✔ Decision-making ability – You’ll need to think fast and make smart choices.
✔ Organizational skills – You must keep things in order.
