Public Apology from Khensani Stella Mabasa
Beloved Family and Friends,I, Khensani Stella Mabasa, wish to offer my most sincere and heartfelt apology to each and every one of you for the distress and trauma caused by the recent events of the past week. This has been an extremely painful time—not just for me, but for my family, friends, and those who have stood beside me throughout my life. Please know, from the bottom of my heart, that I am deeply sorry.
I ,Khensani Stella Mabasa not proud of the situation I find myself in. I never imagined I would be exposed in such a way—especially not knowing that I represent many roles in this life: I am a mother, a sister, an aunt, a friend, and a daughter. I understand how my actions, whether intentional or not, have brought shame and discomfort to those who love and care for me.
This was never something I intended to happen. A close friend—someone I once trusted—betrayed me in the worst way possible. This individual, who I now can only see as an enemy, stole my phone and maliciously used it to share private content, leading to the situation we are all now forced to deal with. While I was the target, the consequences have affected far more than just me—and for that, I take full responsibility.
A Plea for Forgiveness from Khensani Stella Mabasa
I want to directly address the Mabasa family and the Baloyi clan, whose name and dignity I know I have tarnished through this ordeal. To my elders—you who have raised me, guided me, and invested in me—I am so sorry for disappointing you. I know the pain I have caused reaches deep, and it breaks my heart that my actions brought shame upon our name.
To those younger than me—my nieces, nephews, cousins, and others who have always looked up to me—please forgive me. I never intended to be the source of such confusion and disappointment. I hope that, in time, I will be able to restore the trust and respect that I have damaged.
To my dearest friends, loyal colleagues, and neighbours who have always supported me in various ways—please find it in your hearts to forgive me. I know the impact this has had on you, and I am aware that standing by me in such a moment is not easy. Your kindness and loyalty have never gone unnoticed, and I am ashamed to have put you in such a difficult position.
This situation has taken a deep emotional toll on me, just as it has on you. I know many of you are grappling with your own pain and disappointment, and I understand that some wounds may take longer to heal. Please know that I do not take your feelings lightly.
This experience has taught me a harsh but important lesson: not everyone we trust is worthy of that trust. Still, I am not here to blame others for what has happened—I take full accountability for the role I played. I only ask that you see my heart and accept my apology as a first step toward making things right.
I ,Khensani Stella Mabasa know that trust is earned, and I will work hard to prove that I am learning and growing from this. I want to rebuild relationships, restore faith, and return to being the person you once looked to with pride.
Please forgive me.
With humility and love,
Khensani Stella Mabasa
