Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12.
• 5 years minimum debt recovery/collections experience on Bank products. 

Experience Required

• Debt Recovery Experience on bank products.
• AJS program experience. 

• Good telephone etiquette.
• Ability to handle pressure & strong in admin
• Ability to handle difficult clients/debtors.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook and Excel. 
• Seeking fast learning, hardworking and self-motivated candidates. 
• Afrikaans proficiency would be advantageous.
