,Provide a professional and efficient interface between the FSSC and its Customers, and to provide
first line of support for all services provided by FSSC.

Minimum Requirements

  • Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business, computer information systems, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years’ experience in a services desk unit.
  • Some experience in a volume driven processing centre environment will be an advantage
  • Must have working knowledge of service desk operations to fulfil the respective roles or assist as and
  • when required

Primary Duties

  • Customer query handling
  • Issue resolution

  • Follows and complies with defined processes for the environment
  • Identifies and escalates requests and exceptions where necessary
  • Communicate policies to the client with regards to support
  • Allocates all logged service requests to the correct support group/person.
