,Provide a professional and efficient interface between the FSSC and its Customers, and to provide
first line of support for all services provided by FSSC.

Minimum Requirements
- Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business, computer information systems, or a related field.
- At least 4 years’ experience in a services desk unit.
- Some experience in a volume driven processing centre environment will be an advantage
- Must have working knowledge of service desk operations to fulfil the respective roles or assist as and
- when required
Primary Duties
- Customer query handling

- Follows and complies with defined processes for the environment
- Identifies and escalates requests and exceptions where necessary
- Communicate policies to the client with regards to support
- Allocates all logged service requests to the correct support group/person.
