Your Role: Key Responsibilities

As part of the leadership team, you will:

Drive Sales and Turnover : Meet and exceed store targets to achieve exceptional results.
Control Expenses : Keep store costs in line with company standards.
Manage Stock Losses : Ensure shrinkage levels remain within acceptable limits.
People Management : Recruit, develop, and manage team members to build a high-performing store team.
Merchandising Strategy : Execute in-store merchandising strategies to reflect our trendy, youth-focused image.
Customer Satisfaction : Deliver outstanding customer service and meet the expectations of our loyal denim enthusiasts.

Who We’re Looking For

To excel in this role, you’ll need the following qualifications, experience, and skills:

Qualifications & Experience:

Matric Certificate.
At least 3 years of retail experience , with 1 year in a store leadership role .

Essential Skills:

Customer Loyalty : Build strong customer relationships.
Sales Strategy : Plan and execute sales initiatives effectively.
Leadership Skills : Inspire and manage a motivated team.
Planning & Organization : Maintain operational efficiency in all aspects of the store.
