Sea Harvest has various job vacancies available and inviting interested and qualifying candidates to apply.

PURPOSE:
To provide a clerical and administrative support service in respect of Customer accounts.
KEY PURPOSE:
Duties are listed but not limited to:
- Capture banking daily.
- Processing claims/ control of credit notes.
- Preparation of documentation required to unblock customer accounts.
- Invoice, print and post all local and export invoices.
- Deal with customer queries.
- Follow-up on customer payments.
- Liaising with Operations, Procurement and suppliers.
- Ensure accuracy of work.
- Manage filing system.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and attributes:
- Grade 12, with Mathematics and Accounting.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Debtors environment.
- Advanced Computer Literacy (e.g. able to create & edit Ms Excel spreadsheet
using formulae; typing & editing of MS Word documents). - Dealing with export Debtors (advantageous).
- Good written and verbal communication skills as well as excellent telephone etiquette.
- Good numeric ability.
- Analytical and good problem-solving ability.
- Accurate with strong attention-to-detail.
- Methodical and meticulous.
