About the SIOC-CDT Learnership 2025
SIOC-CDT is on the search for applicants who would like to obtain theoretical knowledge and practical skills working within the Call Centre environment with their learnership. The SIOC-CDT Learnership is committed to empowering young people, women, and individuals with disabilities by creating opportunities for growth and development. This program offers a 12-month journey where successful candidates will be trained and nurtured in a dynamic call centre environment while completing an NQF Level 3 Learnership.
During this time, you’ll follow a carefully structured curriculum that blends theoretical learning with hands-on practical experience in a real-world setting. With guidance from experienced training providers, you’ll be supported every step of the way as you build your skills, demonstrate your potential, and work toward earning your qualification. The SIOC-CDT Learnership Eligibility Criteria are as follows:
1. Outbound Sales Agents (X60 positions available)
- Age requirement: 18 to 30 years old.
- A Matric certificate with English is mandatory.
2. Call Centre Manager
- At least 2–3 years of experience managing an outbound sales team in a call centre.
- A bachelor’s degree is a bonus but not required.
3. Facilitator
- At least 2–3 years of experience as a call centre facilitator.
- Must hold an Occupationally Directed Education, Training, and Development Practitioner (ODETD) qualification.
