Location: Various Stores in South Africa

Duration: December 2024 (Temporary)
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Assist customers with inquiries and ensure they have an exceptional shopping experience.
Sales Processing: Efficiently process transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Store Maintenance: Restock, fold, and organize apparel while ensuring a clean and tidy store environment.
Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining visually appealing displays to attract customers.
Inventory Control: Organize the stockroom, conduct regular spot checks, and maintain inventory accuracy.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent.
Experience: 1-2 years in a sales or retail environment (preferably fashion).
Skills: Ability to meet sales targets, handle cash transactions efficiently, and assist customers with fashion needs.
Required Skills & Attributes:
- Customer Service Skills: Essential for addressing customer needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Upselling & Cross-Selling: Proficiency in suggesting additional products to drive sales.
- Fashion Knowledge: Basic understanding of clothing brands, trends, and products.
