Adams emerged from the holding cells wearing an olive-green jacket covering part of his face.
He stood in the dock surrounded by armed policemen.
The prosecution told the court that there were witnesses and surveillance footage putting Adams at the crime scene as one of the suspects who shot and killed a 50-year-old murder accused inside the court premises earlier in April.
He’ll be back at the same court on Wednesday to join his co-accused and alleged mastermind, Shireen Mathews, who was arrested shortly after the fatal shooting.
The second gunman is still at large.
