What You’ll Do as a Sales Supervisor:

• Lead and Motivate: Guide your team to meet daily sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Customer Engagement: Ensure that every customer has a fantastic shopping experience.
• Process Adherence: Make sure all store operations run smoothly and according to company policies.
• Sales Floor Management: Oversee staff activities on the sales floor to ensure everything is running efficiently.
• Training: Coach new and existing staff to help them excel in their roles.
• Store Operations: Handle opening and closing procedures and assist the Store Manager in managing the store.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Matric/Grade 12 qualification.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience as a Senior Sales Assistant in the retail sector.
• Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), excellent interpersonal skills, and fluency in English (and another South African language).
• Attributes: Strong leadership qualities, high energy, excellent planning and organizational skills, and a knack for customer care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Boost Store Profits: Help the Store Manager meet monthly sales targets.
• Maintain Standards: Ensure the store meets Tekkie Town’s high standards for customer service and visual merchandising.
• Manage Stock: Keep track of new stock arrivals and ensure the unpacking process is smooth.
• Customer Service: Coordinate daily operations like sales processes, orders, and payments.
• Team Supervision: Motivate and supervise the team to achieve set targets.
