Field Marketer

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

  • Continuously improve through feedback

Desired Experience & Qualification

Skills & Expirience:

  • 2-3 years of Retail experience
  • Experience in Merchandising
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient user of MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • Valid Driver’s Licence

Fleet Administrator

Introduction

Main Purpose of the Job: To ensure a flow of administration in the Fleet Department 

Duties & Responsibilities

Fuel Reconciliation -Monitoring

  • Litres vs Kilometres
  • Rand vs Litres
  • Car tracking
  • Costing of Vehicle maintenance
  • Fleet cards

Fleet Data Analysis

  • Understanding and analysing Fleet operational data to create high quality, insightful analytical products that enable decision making
  • Contributing to the automation of management information and reporting to make the most efficient use of the data contained in Fleet Services and vantage systems.
  • Identifying fleet replacement policies and strategies by using cost accounting methods.
  • Identifying patterns and trends in data sets
  • Evaluate fuel efficiency, maintenance costs, and total cost of ownership.
  • Identify trends to predict and schedule preventive maintenance.
  • Comprehensive analysis with actionable insights.

Reports

  • Weekly and Monthly Reports – Essential
  • Weekly Vehicle Inspection
  • Notifications for maintenance, compliance issues, and unusual activity.

National Fleet Maintenance

  • Service controls and bookings
  • Repairs controls and bookings
  • Tyre replacement bookings
  • Accident and insurance claims
  • Traffic Fines Management
  • License Disc Renewal
  • Vehicle filing management and control

Vehicle management system

  • Centralized database for all vehicle information, including make, model, VIN, registration, and ownership details.
  • Track fuel consumption, monitor fuel efficiency, and detect anomalies or fuel theft.
  • Mileage, fuel consumption, maintenance records, GPS data.
  • Driving hours, speed, incidents, and training records.
  • Trip logs, load capacity, delivery times, and downtime.

Desired Experience & Qualification

SKILLS & EXPIRIENCE

  • 3-4 Years experience in Fleet Administration
  • 3-4 Years experience Fleet management software (e.g., Ctrack, Pulsit).
  • Excellent Administrative skills
  • Valid Driver’s Licence
  • Advanced Skills (Ms Word, Excel Advanced, Outlook)
  • Own transport (Advantageous)

COMPETENCIES:

  • Strict attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Effective written communications skills
  • Must be self-motivated with the ability to meet pressurized deadlines and proficient time management.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized.
