Minimum Requirements

To qualify for this role, you’ll need:

Educational Qualification: Matric or equivalent.
Experience: At least 6 months of retail experience (essential).

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional customer service abilities.
A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

As a Shop Assistant, you will:

Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Assist with stock replenishment, merchandising, and maintaining the store’s neat appearance.
Work effectively as part of a team to meet sales targets and customer expectations.
