About the Tracker System Support Learnership 2025
Tracker is seeking for applicants who would like to obtain theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the System Support department through their learnership. The Tracker System Support Learnership is an incredible opportunity for young South Africans with untapped potential. This program is designed to empower unemployed youth with valuable IT skills, hands-on experience, and the knowledge needed to provide top-notch service. This learnership offers a full qualification, combining structured, unit-standard-based learning with real-world workplace experience, totaling 147 credits. It’s more than just a program—it’s a step toward a brighter future.
The Tracker System Support Learnership officially commences from 01 February 2025 and will be based at the Tracker Head Office in Joburg. Succesful applicants will be enetitled to qualification in System Support Learnership Programme NQF Level 5. The learnership is currently opening X8 positions.
You will also be required to perform the duties below:
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues using logical methods to resolve common problems encountered in daily business operations
- Understand the role of technology within a business context to support organizational goals
- Develop integrated technology-based communication systems to enhance business effectiveness
- Store, manage, and retrieve data efficiently to meet organizational requirements
- Secure information systems to prevent data loss and maintain the integrity of business operations
- Design IT systems that reflect business structures to optimize workflows, data flows, and resource utilization
- Leverage technical and technology-based resources to solve business problems effectively in specific contexts
- Deliver cost-effective and efficient performance in technology-driven projects
- Manage customer relationships effectively to enhance satisfaction and support business objectives
- Operate efficiently within change, release, and configuration processes to maintain system integrity
- Utilize technology-based research tools and knowledge repositories to support informed decision-making
- Identify and communicate business opportunities to stakeholders in a professional manner.
- Install, support, and maintain end-user applications to ensure seamless functionality and user satisfaction.
