Key Responsibilities:
Monthly Tasks:
- Capture utility payments into the Truworths Property System (TPS).
- Reconcile landlord statements with the TPS.
Daily Tasks:
- Handle landlord queries via phone and email.
- Liaise with landlords to gather necessary supporting documentation.
- Calculate annual rates increases or decreases.
Additional Duties:
- Participate in ad hoc projects as needed.

General Duties as Properties Clerk
- Apply strong math skills to manage inmate accounts and handle tense situations with belligerent inmates calmly and effectively to deescalate conflicts
- Accurately enter, clear, and log information about missing or wanted individuals, vehicles, tags, and articles into the NCIC system
- Develop and maintain a filing system for logistics, bids, charitable organizations, and other related records
- Perform checks on wanted individuals, vehicles, tags, and articles using the NCIC and CAD systems
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized, operate machinery safely, and arrange products efficiently for proper placement
- Oversee and coordinate the DUI court program, ensuring smooth implementation
- Prepare and submit monthly UCR reports and GOHS statistics accurately and on time
- Use the Telxon handheld device to count daily out-of-stock items and input the data into the Safeway intranet for inventory and ordering purposes.
