·effectively manage the service preparation including stationery, menu knowledge,
cleanliness and the cashier’s professional appearance
·provide excellent customer service through quick, accurate and friendly attention
·receive payments with correct preparation of bills and point of sale management
·complete the shift cash ups accurately and thoroughly
· Work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards.
·able to work under pressure and multitask
· must have experience with emails and invoicing
If you have these qualifications, join our team: Grade 12 (NQF level 4); good numeracy
skills (NQF level 4) and competent verbal and written English skills; at least two years
experience in a restaurant environment or in a similar position within hotels. Hospitality
qualification will be advantageous.

Our successful Leisure Supervisor…
·Supervise Lifeguards and outdoor Leisure Attendants, as assigned including the
conducting of performance evaluations
·Provide oversight and management of the customer booking system (Playtomic)
· Manage registrations, schedule matches, oversee logistics and ensure a smooth
experience for participants
·To ensure the day to day preparation of the Leisure areas (equipment/areas of use
·Assist with socials and tournaments
·Resolve issues promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction and
retention.
·Completes weekly/daily employee schedules and assignmentsin tandem with work
issued/delegated by the Assistant Leisure Manager
If you have these qualifications, join our team: Matric (NQF 4) or equivalent;
good customer service skills, verbal and written English skills (NQF 4); previous
experience in similar position will be an advantage.
