The Youth Leaders Fellowship (YoLe Fellowship) is a transformative one-year program designed to empower young, innovative change-makers who have recently graduated from tertiary institutions in Ghana and are making a positive impact in their communities. This fellowship offers a unique opportunity for young leaders to develop their skills and knowledge in key areas, including Leadership, Sustainable Development, Peace, Human Rights, and a range of contemporary and emerging issues shaping the socio-political landscape.

Program Goals:

Since its inception in 2018, the YoLe Fellowship has successfully trained and mentored numerous young individuals across six cohorts, addressing critical gaps in youth leadership and development. The fellowship aligns closely with the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), fostering active participation among young leaders in national and global development dialogues. By equipping participants with the necessary tools and knowledge, the YoLe Fellowship aims to cultivate informed, socially responsible leaders who can spearhead initiatives for positive change in their communities.

Application Process:

Applications for the 7th cohort of the YoLe Fellowship Programme are now open. If you’re passionate about driving change and committed to making a difference, we encourage you to apply.
