About the UNICA Iron & Steel Apprenticeships 2025
UNICA Iron & Steel is seeking for applicants who are keen on obtaining practical work experience in a credible industrial setting through their apprenticeships. The UNICA Iron & Steel Apprenticeships are structured, work-based learning programmes designed to equip aspiring artisans with the technical skills and hands-on experience needed in the iron and steel industry.
As an apprentice, you will receive a combination of practical, on-the-job training and theoretical education under the guidance of experienced professionals. Throughout the program, you will develop specialized expertise in your chosen trade while earning a salary, ultimately working toward becoming a fully qualified artisan ready to contribute to the company’s high standards of craftsmanship and innovation.

- Fitting and Turning Apprentice
- Millwright Apprentice
- Electrical Engineering Apprentice
- Boilermaking/Welding Apprentice
- Instrumentation Apprentice
- Plumbing Apprentice

The UNICA Iron & Steel Apprenticeships Eligibility Criteria are as follows:
1. Academic Qualifications
- Obtain an N2 or N3 Certificate in the specific trade you’re applying for (e.g., N2/N3 Electrical Engineering for an Electrical Engineering Apprentice) or an equivalent qualification
2. Personal Attributes
