Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12;
• 1-2 years’ experience working in a call center will be advantage;
• Fluent in English;
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities
Sales

• Evaluate credit worthiness by processing loan applications and documentation within specified limits;
• Respond promptly to customer service calls and emails;
• Handle customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them;
• Know our products inside and out so you can answer questions;
• Communicate with customers through various channels.

Arrears

• Responsible for managing and recovering unpaid debts from our internal clients;
• Monitoring and following up on outstanding debts;
• Negotiating payment plans and maintaining accurate records of all transactions;
• Locate clients using external and internal sources;
• Able to handle questions and complaints;
• Able to work on a spreadsheet.

General

• Make life easy for Unifi clients and peers;

• Ensure you achieve goals established;
• Operates with urgency and meet deadlines;
• Communicate both verbally and written;
