Job Description

The position of Innovation and Technology Graduate presents a unique opportunity for recent graduates to cultivate essential skills in critical areas through comprehensive on-the-job training. As a participant, you will assist the Innovation & Technology Analysts with various administrative tasks, allowing you to gain invaluable experience within a dynamic and innovative environment.

Key Requirements:

• Education: A Grade 12 certificate and a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Industrial Engineering, or Accounting.
• Knowledge: A basic understanding of Continuous Improvement, Business Analysis, System Development, or Process Modelling/Standards.
• Skills: Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite is crucial.
• Experience: Must be entering an internship or graduate program for the first time.
• Mobility: A valid Code 8 Driver’s License and access to a personal vehicle are required.
• Background: A clear criminal record is mandatory; candidates should also be medically fit.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will work under the mentorship of experienced trainers until fully competent in all designated areas:

1. Enterprise Architecture: Recommendations for the Enterprise Framework and Methodology for VKB.
2. Process Analysis and Design: Ensuring effective execution.
3. Data Analysis: Identifying opportunities for efficiency and automation.
4. Reporting: Preparation of reports for various audiences utilizing business analytics tools.
5. Project Management: Development of project processes and policies, including feasibility studies and resource management.
6. Business Analysis: Employing data modelling practices for strategic recommendations on operational enhancements.
7. Industrial Engineering: Focused on continuous improvement in VKB facilities.
8. Innovation: Fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation, aligned with the Group’s strategic vision.

Skills Required:

We are looking for candidates with a diverse skill set, including:

• Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Strong business and financial acumen, with a results-driven mindset.
• Leadership qualities with a focus on building relationships and leading change.
• Organizational skills, punctuality, and the ability to manage conflicts.
