Job Description

We at RCL FOODS are in search for a SALES ORDER CLERK to join our GROCERIES Business Unit/Division. The role will be based in RANDFONTEIN and report to the CALL CENTRE SUPERVISOR. RCL FOODS is looking for an incumbent to:

Ensure correct capturing of all sales orders. Providing feedback to queries and order delays in a timeously manner. First point of contact for customers. Primary responsibilities to handle inbound calls, process orders, provide feedback on open orders, address customer queries and resolve complaints. You will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing effective communication and problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to the overall success of our call centre operations.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12.
• 3+ years Customer service experience in a similar role.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written (English Language)
• Syspro knowledge.
• Organized.
• Problem solving skills and paying attention to detail.
• Computer Literate – Microsoft Excel and E – Mail

Duties & Responsibilities

• Accurate processing of orders – 100%
• Report on late orders – Daily.
• Liaise with Transport/Planner w.r.t out of schedule deliveries and upliftments of returns – Daily.
• Orders on hold – Report to relevant departments – Daily.
• Confirm EDI orders requested NDD’s. – 100% accurate.

• Accurate processing of Sales Orders – 100%
• Answering incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer queries, concerns, and requests.
• Improve customer satisfaction by supplying ongoing feedback through open order reports, order acknowledgment and clear and concise responses on queried orders
