• Welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Taking customer food and beverage orders accurately.

• Serving meals and drinks to customers.

• Ensuring tables are clean, neat and ready for customers.

• Assisting with setting up and clearing tables.

• Providing friendly and helpful customer service.

• Communicating customer requests to the kitchen and management team.

• Processing or assisting with customer payments where required.

• Maintaining cleanliness and following restaurant hygiene standards.

• Working together with other staff members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Applicants should be reliable, presentable, hardworking and willing to learn. Good communication and a positive attitude are important. Candidates must be able to work in a busy restaurant environment and should be flexible regarding shifts, weekends and public holidays where required.
