👨‍🍳 SOUS CHEF

The Sous Chef will support the Head Chef with the daily running of the kitchen, food preparation, quality control, and supervision of kitchen staff. The successful candidate should be organised, reliable, and able to work effectively under pressure.

🔥 GRILLERS

Grillers will be responsible for preparing and cooking meat and other grilled items according to required standards. Applicants should understand cooking temperatures, food safety, portion control, and kitchen hygiene.

🍳 PAN CHEFS – HOT SECTION

Pan Chefs will prepare and cook meals in the hot section while maintaining consistent quality and presentation. Applicants should be comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen and following recipes and instructions.

🥗 COLD SECTION

Cold Section staff will assist with preparing salads, cold dishes, garnishes, desserts, and other chilled food items. Attention to detail, cleanliness, and good food-handling practices are important for this position.
